What are you actually comparing?
A veneer quote is only useful when you can tell what treatment the clinic is proposing. We organize your request around the details that change the plan.
Porcelain or composite?
Different materials can mean different preparation, maintenance, repairability and price. Get the material written into the proposal.
How many teeth?
Eight veneers and twenty veneers are not comparable quotes. Ask why the proposed tooth count fits your smile and bite.
What happens later?
Know the clinic’s plan for adjustments, chipping, bite problems and follow-up after you return home.

Composite resin veneers
Often lower initial cost- Tooth-colored resin shaped on the tooth
- May require less enamel removal in some cases
- Can be easier to repair if damaged
- Usually less resistant to staining and wear

Five questions that make a quote safer to compare.
Who is doing the dentistry?
Get the dentist’s full name, not just a clinic brand. Colombia’s ReTHUS registry lets the public check health professionals.
What material, exactly?
Ask for the proposed material and whether the quote includes laboratory work, temporaries and final adjustments.
What has to be healthy first?
Decay, gum disease, grinding, bite issues or other conditions can change whether veneers are appropriate.
What tooth structure is removed?
“Minimal prep” is not a complete answer. Ask what preparation is planned for your specific teeth.
What happens after I fly home?
Get the adjustment, remake, warranty and remote follow-up process in writing before treatment.
Then compare total trip cost.
Include hotel nights, flights, local transportation and the possibility that your clinical plan changes after examination.
